1. How do I know that I have received a voicemail?

a. On a numeric pager the screen will display your own pager number with brackets [ ].

Example: 275-1234 – [ ]

b. On a text pager the screen will display your own number and brackets that say MSG WAITING.

Example: 275-4321 – [MSG WAITING]

2. How do I retrieve a voicemail?

1. Dial your pager number. ___________________
2. Interrupt the greeting by pressing "0".
3. The system will then ask you to "Please enter your security code?" Which is preset at ___________.
4. The system will then announce how many messages you have and automatically begin to play them.

3. What commands do I use while accessing my voicemail?

1. To repeat the message, hear the time and date it was received, Press 2.
2. To hear the next message, Press 6.
3. To save a message, Press 5.
4. To delete a message, Press 3.
5. To go to a previous message, Press 7.
6. To exit, Press 9.
7. If you need help, Press 4.

4. How do I program my custom greeting?

1. Dial your pager number. ___________________
2. Interrupt the greeting by pressing "0".
3. The system will then ask you to "Please enter your security code?" Which is preset at ___________.
4. Then to add your custom greeting, you will need to Press 84#. (As soon as you press the # sign, the system will begin to record.)
5. Press 9 when you are done recording and it will play back your greeting.
6. If you would like to redo your greeting, Press 84#.
7. If you would like to delete your greeting, Press 843#.
8. If you would like to replay your greeting, Press 847#.

5. How do I change my security code?

1. Dial your pager number. ____________________
2. Interrupt the greeting by pressing "0".
3. The system will then ask you to "Please enter your security code?" Which is preset at __________.
4. You will then need to Press 87, then your old security code, then your new security code, and the Press #.
5. The system will now repeat back your new code. Be sure to listen and verify your new code.

6. How long can my custom greeting be?

It can be up to 30 seconds long.

7. How long can someone leave me a voicemail?

They can leave a voice message up to 60 seconds long.

8. How long are the voice messages stored for?

They are stored for 7 days and then permanently deleted.
